Mashaba gives his State of the City Address

PRETORIA, 03 May 2017 - Executive Mayor of the City of Johannesburg, Cllr Herman Mashaba will deliver his inaugural State of the City Address at the new Council Chamber at the Metro Centre. This will be his first such address to the City’s residents. ​
